Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp chlorella or spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana, then whisk all ingredients together into a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil.
  3. Pour in small rounds, cook until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden.
