Our 2025 gathering in Ubud at SoulShine was more than a retreat, it felt like coming home. Surrounded by nature, ceremony, shared meals and thoughtful practices, this week was all about showing up, slowing down and connecting.
Our home base, SoulShine, Ubud, was breathtaking. From the outside it appears simple, but stepping inside feels like entering an oasis. The staff welcomed us like family, adding to the sense of coming home.
Great location, great food, great company. The highlight for me was the twice daily yoga sessions led by Eniko. Eniko’s teaching was always very person-centred, striking just the right balance between challenge and support.
I really enjoyed the variety of excursions, from visiting the temple and the elephant sanctuary to exploring the stunning landscapes of Bali. Everything was so thoughtfully organised, creating a perfect balance between inner work and outward exploration.
It was totally rejuvenating. The venue was idyllic, with lush green jungles, calming blue pools and glorious golden sunrises. The shared experiences are memories I hold dearly.
Seven days of movement, stillness, exploration, beautiful food and connection — with space to simply be present and experience it all together.
