  • I had a life-changing experience on Eniko’s retreat.

Bali was beautiful but I could be in any country with Eniko’s yoga schedule and teachings and would have a life changing experience.

The classes were well thought out, the food was excellent and her attention to each participants needs was excellent. Cant wait for the next retreat!

  • I would recommend the retreat to anyone who has an interest in yoga and loves great company and a sun-kissed tropical location.

As this was my fourth retreat I was expecting a certain standard, but I was absolutely blown away by the retreat in Bali.

It was an amazing location, with some of the best food I have ever tasted, wonderful facilities, really awesome yoga, with the silent meditation, kundalini and the variety of yoga types including vinyasa, yin and hatha.

  • What an amazing experience!

To escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and recharge at this beautiful retreat – I can’t recommend it enough. We started early each morning with guided breathing exercises, meditation and yoga, it was a truly refreshing experience and on reflection it brought about a lot of inner peace and calm.

Eniko is a great teacher and has opened the wonderful world of yoga to me, I can’t thank her enough.

  • The yoga retreat in Bali was an absolutely amazing, life-changing experience for me.

Prior to the retreat, we spent a few days in Gili T, enjoying the beautiful beaches, snorkelling, Balinese massage, food, and a night out with amazing humans. We spent the retreat week in a spiritual centre of Bali in Ubud, in a beautiful relaxing hotel in the middle of nature – a great choice for this spiritual adventure.

The accommodation was stunning, lovely friendly staff, and amazing fresh food (even though I’m not a vegetarian, I absolutely loved the food). It felt like living in paradise. I don’t practise yoga daily basis, but being a personal trainer I believe in balanced training and I really enjoyed the early morning yoga sessions with meditation. The yoga instructor, an amazing friend of mine Eniko, encouraged me to take part in the retreat and I will be grateful to her for the rest of my life.

Eniko did an amazing job organising the trip, leading the yoga sessions, and even arranging some extra treats for us. I enjoyed being outside my comfort zone with the different types of yoga practice, I learned a lot about meditation and forms of yoga I never heard before, like Kundalini yoga. It was a great physical and spiritual journey with balanced activities and downtimes with lovely people and a lot to take home. I absolutely fell in love with Bali and hope to return soon. You may leave Bali, but Bali never leaves you!
