    • 2 nights in Bangkok before the retreat — a chance to land, settle, and ease into the rhythm of Thailand.
    • 2 nights in a Buddhist monastery after the retreat — for those who wish to deepen their practice and spend quiet time in reflection.
    • 4 nights on the island of Koh Lipe — to rest by the sea, integrate your experience, and enjoy some gentle sunshine.
